Sands Green

Flexible Four-Guest Apartment

Situated across the town bridge, just a two-minute walk from the Crown and Cushion, Sands Green is a comfortable one-bedroom, first-floor apartment overlooking the bowling green.

The apartment can sleep up to four guests, with two guests in the bedroom and a sofa that converts into a double bed in the lounge. The bedroom itself can be arranged as either a double or twin, giving you plenty of flexibility.

Sands Green is situated directly above The Mews apartment, making the two properties ideal for families, friends or larger parties who would like to stay close together while still enjoying the privacy of their own separate accommodation and facilities.

The apartment features a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and fridge freezer, together with essential utensils and tea & coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also provided within the property.

Additional amenities include a TV in the lounge, hairdryer in the bedroom, bedside sockets, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, with towels and complimentary toiletries provided. Pets are welcome.

Sleeping Arrangements: The sofa bed will normally be left set up as a sofa, with all bedding provided for you. If you’re arriving late or would simply prefer it ready for your arrival, just let us know in advance and we’ll have the sofa bed made up and ready to sleep in.

Check-in: From 3:00pm
Check-out: By 11:00am

Access is completely contactless, so you’re free to arrive at any time after 3:00pm.

Booking

Booking & Arrival Information

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected from the payment card 48 hours prior to arrival. Once payment has been received, we’ll send you the property address, directions and key safe code, giving you everything you need for easy contactless access.
